Position Summary
As a Team GRS Radon Lead Specialist starting at $18-$24/hour DOE plus performance and annual bonuses, you will be responsible for setting up diagnostic tests for air quality evaluation and subsequently overseeing the design, assembly and install of radon-mitigation and ventilation equipment. As a Radon Lead Specialist you and technician assistants under your supervision will work in various environments, including attics, crawl spaces and other confined areas to complete installs and ensure air quality standards are met, and will regularly inspect, service and maintain installed mitigation systems to ensure ongoing functionality. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to accurately and efficiently assess new jobs, develop an appropriate action plan and accurately complete each job and all supporting documentation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and install radon mitigation systems in residential and commercial properties
- Install air-quality diagnostic tests at prospective customer locations to determine scope of work
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of mitigation methods and post-mitigation radon levels
- Regularly inspect, service and maintain installed mitigation systems
- Stay current on all industry trends including the latest in radon mitigation technology and techniques
- Work in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Oversee daily activities of technician assistants under your direct supervision
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to service jobs
- Ensure all systems are functioning correctly and are effectively reducing radon levels
- Develop positive working relationships with customers and address any concerns they may have throughout the course of service

Job Requirements
- Current NRPP Radon Mitigation Specialist (RMS) certification is preferred but not required.
- Must have demonstrable previous experience in related fields such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general construction, carpentry, etc.
- Must have clean driving record and valid drivers license
- Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Greenville, SC
- Must be available and able to work in-office from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (2x pay for hours worked outside traditional working hours)
- Must be comfortable and capable learning and using cloud-based technology systems such as, G-Suite, Word, Excel, Quickbooks, RadStar and Job Nimbus
- Prior project estimation experience is strongly recommended
- Must be comfortable and capable of both written and verbal communication
