GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the CCE - Corp and Continuing Edu department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
Curriculum Assessment: Evaluate the existing curriculum to identify gaps, outdated content and areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Key stakeholders including educators, industry experts and regulatory bodies, to gather feedback and insights.
Content Development: Create updated course materials that incorporate the latest environmental regulations, technologies, and practical applications. The content must address deliverables for states which Greenville Technical College/ CCE division offers EPA approved training(s) for Lead-based Paint curriculum outside of South Carolina. These states include, but are not limited to: North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia.
Pilot Testing: Implement a pilot program with peer group/ stakeholders for the updated curriculum with a select group of participants to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Final Implementation: Support the roll out of the updated curriculum across the EOHS Lead classes, including necessary training for instructors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of ten (10) years related work experience in curriculum development, and design with aligned materials in the Lead Base Paint- Environmental fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of experience in writing and developing environmental curriculum for college course work. Specific knowledge of Lead Based Paint and other environmental disciplines are required. A master's degree or at least 10 years in a related field with experience in facilitating and development of curricula within the environmental field.
