Description
Greenville University is seeking a qualified individual to teach Composition and Developmental English courses face to face or online. In addition to courses in that area, there is an opportunity to teach a wide range of undergraduate general education courses in writing, literature, and potentially a lab course in publications (magazine, arts journal and newspaper).
Requirements
- The successful candidate must have a master’s degree in English with at least 18 course hours in composition and literature, MFA in Creative Writing, or a Ph.D. in English.
- Experience with learning management systems like Blackboard or D2L is a plus.
- At least 1-year previous experience in teaching at the University level both in person and online is preferred.
- Experience and or training in development writing is a plus.

Regular Undergraduate Adjunct rate with class enrollment of 10 or more per credit hour is $1000. This rate is subject to change based on enrollment numbers for the course.
