Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in an Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence. This role requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents while encouraging social interactions during activities and meals.
- Observe and report changes in residents physical or mental condition(s) to Med-Tech and Supervisor.
- Assist with mobility needs, including lifting or transferring residents' safely.
- Assist with bedtime routine to include dressing assistance, toileting, and putting residents to bed.
- Assist team with meal set up and breakdown.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with individuals in a memory care setting.
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques and vital sign monitoring is beneficial.
- Ability to lift clients safely using proper techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for shifts during evenings or weekends as needed.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 28 per week
