Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Greet and engage with customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming experience when they enter the store, approach the service counter, or visit the fuel pumps.

Product Knowledge & Assistance: Assist customers with product selections, provide recommendations, and highlight special deals and promotions to enhance their shopping experience.

Accurate Transactions: Handle transactions with precision, accepting payments by cash, credit, or debit card, and balancing the register at the beginning and end of each shift.

Efficient Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and clean. Assist with stocking shelves, managing inventory, and ensuring that items are always available for customers.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service, help each other out during busy times, and foster a positive and supportive team environment.

Product Compliance: Verify the legal age of customers purchasing restricted items such as alcohol, tobacco, or lottery tickets to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Safety & Cleanliness: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, removing trash, disinfecting restrooms, and sanitizing dispensers and fuel islands to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Promote Brand Integrity: Uphold company standards by acting with integrity, honesty, and professionalism, and by representing the company culture in all interactions.
- Other Duties as Needed: Assist in any other tasks as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
