Pay : $40-$48.50 / hr.

We are seeking a successful Executive Assistant to join our team to assist our organization in providing a successful work environment where our employees can be safe, thrive and give their personal best each day. This position is expected to work out of our corporate office at 610 E. Gish Rd in San Jose and some job-related travel will be required
Position Summary :
GreenWaste is seeking to fill the position of Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO and COO. This role’s main function will provide high-level administrative support to top executives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and COO.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing sensitive matters.
- Plan, organize and coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft memos, organize files, and collaborate on projects to support the CEO and COO initiatives
- Track expenses and prepare weekly and monthly reports as needed
- Manage information flows in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and records meeting minutes.
- Coordinates the production of board packets, agenda and event logistics.
- Screens visitors, phone calls, e-mails or physical mail or the CEO and COO
- Performs other duties as needed.

Work Environment :
Typical work week is Monday through Friday 7am-4pm. Schedule can vary including early start times and evening start times after hours and weekend work required on occasion.
Compensation and Benefits :
Financial compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience. GreenWaste offers a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, holiday pay, 401K benefits, FSA, and full employee coverage for medical, dental and vision insurance.
