Title : Human Resources Director
FLSA Status : Exempt
Reports To : VP of Human Resources
Pay : $150,000-$190,000 / year.

We are seeking an experienced, successful, and engaged Human Resources Director to join our team. This position is expected to work out of our office at 610 E. Gish Rd. and limited job-related travel may be required.
Position Summary :
The Human Resource Director will help plan, develop, and assess human resource programs and initiatives. This role will manage, direct, develop, plan, and coordinate HR activities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage HR day-to-day operations. This role supports and collaborates with the HR compliance team.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and support employee relations, recruitment, retention, training, disciplinary issues and change management initiatives.
- Knowledge and experience of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, worker’s compensation, payroll, training, internal investigations, compensation and benefits, labor relations, M&A experience and negotiation, leaves management, M&A experience, and HRIS.
- Assist with strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources.
- Implement best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making.
- Educate, influence, and advocate Company performance standards and practices with to ensure fairness and consistency and inspire stronger employees and organizational performance.
- Advise leaders when dealing with employee relations issues. Work with management teams to understand trends in employee performance issues and advise on appropriate remediation.
- Ensure mandatory reporting, internal audits and external audits are completed on a timely basis.
- Presents periodic reports and metrics to senior leadership as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment :
The typical work week is Monday through Friday. Semi-frequent early morning, evening and weekend calls / correspondence may be required to address urgent matters. Might be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and odors / smells. Ability to work in a setting where constant changes may occur, time constraints and communication with upper management is crucial.
Compensation and Benefits :
