Responsibilities:
- Greet guest and assess their service needs with a focus on providing excellent guest service.
- Consult with guest about their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services based on their needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service timelines, costs, and warranty coverage.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guest to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred.
