Greenway KIA Franklin is looking for a professional and organized Title Clerk to join us in supporting our dealership staff.
The ideal candidate must have a pleasant and helpful personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, good computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous automotive dealership experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Open & accurately record incoming titles daily.
- Verify all documents are signed & completed.
- Process & take care of wholesale title work for auction.
- Process paperwork on a timely basis
- Prepare & submit all legal transfer documents to the state DMV.
- Prepare tax & title documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic accounting and posting skills.
- CVR/DLRMV experience preferred.
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
- Understand deadlines and be able to apply the appropriate sense of urgency to all tasks.
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
