Job Description
Job Function:
- Serve as an internal resource for Techs: help with diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Work with newer Techs one-on-one to develop their skills
- Help support new products through training of Techs
- Travel to locations and help with issues
- Answer GTAC/CCMS cases in a professional and courteous manner
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to speak effectively one-on-one and in groups
- Ability to perform diagnostics of all John Deere Equipment
- Ability to use Service Advisor and related computer programs
- Ability to do basic functions of Microsoft Office: word, excel, and power point
- Willing to engage in over night travel
- Will be based out of Weiner Support Center
- Must have 3-5 Years of John Deere Technical Experience
