Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth diagnostics and analysis of John Deere equipment performance by analyzing he Machine Health Alert system.
- Analyze machine data to identify trends, potential failures, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing best practices for machine maintenance and operation.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on machine performance and service activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to heavy equipment and machinery.
- Ability to interpret and analyze machine data for performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with customers, employees and management team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) for reporting and presentations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- 1-2 years of experience working with John Deere equipment or related industry in a technical or analytical role.
