Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and post all credit memos from John Deere and other vendors to allocated parts/service general ledger accounts.
- Maintain internal service accounts, ensuring accurate monthly and yearly postings.
- Review and resolve SAP system rejections, special allowances, and warranty shortages daily; escalate concerns to the TCSM & Service Support Manager as needed.
- Collaborate with warranty processors to ensure all parts and service managers adhere to company warranty guidelines.
- Identify and communicate discrepancies in warranty claims that do not meet company standards to the submitting processor and Service Support Manager.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and yearly warranty audit reports in alignment with financial and operational objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend employee training programs related to warranty processes.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Service/Parts Department warranty accounting operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
