What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pricing Manager position at Greenway Health?
The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to develop and maintain competitive and profitable pricing strategies. The analyst will work closely with Product Management and Sales Administration to create and implement product pricing configurations and dependencies, and maintain responsibility for ensuring the implementation, quality and maintenance of part numbers and pricing configurations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties
- Analyze internal pricing data and external market conditions to support the development of pricing strategies for products or services.
- Conduct research on competitors' pricing strategies, market conditions, and industry trends to identify pricing opportunities or risks.
- Build and maintain pricing models, conducting sensitivity analysis and profitability assessments to ensure prices align with business objectives.
- Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data to identify pricing trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations regarding pricing strategies.
- Evaluate the cost structures of products or services to ensure that pricing is in line with cost benchmarks and company profit goals.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Monitor the performance of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments based on sales data, customer feedback, or market changes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and competitor pricing strategies to ensure competitive advantage.
