Manage valet service operations at assigned locationsThis position may require a split shift schedule which includes hours in the morning / early afternoon and evening depending on needs and / or performance of your team. Time will be split between your working from home and in the field / community propertiesBuild and maintain positive relationships with Greenway Waste customers and employeesMaintain open communication with management and employeesFuel and maintain vehiclesSchedule valet porters and fill-in as necessaryAssemble, deliver, label and maintain trash receptaclesMaintain accurate records and reportsDeliver violations, conduct trainings and progressive disciplineCollect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within a local apartment community and transfer to the trash compactor onsiteLead effective teams and hold others accountableRequirements
What We Require Of A District Service Manager :
