Description
Greenway Waste & Recycling is seeking a Regional Operations Director, who will lead and manage all aspects of the day-to-day service operations in their assigned region. This hybrid position will have oversight over ongoing operations, new property onboarding, geographic expansion within the region, forecasting, quality control, and other functions necessary for the effective function of the assigned region. The Director will report to the General Manager and be a key strategic partner, thought leader, and ambassador of Greenway's culture.
Responsibilities
- Managing the assigned operations team to drive accountability and performance across service quality, customer service, and productivity
- Implementing systems and processes to enhance customer and resident experience
- Optimizing operating productivity to include direct cost per unit served improvement
- Oversight of the assigned operations budget
- Partnering with the General Manager and Sales Leadership to develop organic growth strategies
- Be available to travel if needed
- Working with HR leadership to ensure the proper workforce is in place for quality service delivery
- Continually assessing the organization to determine the optimal use of resources
- Developing the central operation management team to support growth and scale
- Reducing employee turnover
- The Director will have extensive prior experience accomplishing and leading similar objectives
- Other duties as assigned
