We are a busy private pediatric group practice looking for a friendly and experienced receptionist to join our team!
Receptionist responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling patients, sending messages to physicians and nurses.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Checking-in patients in a timely manner
- Verifying insurance for each patient
- Maintaining good communication between staff members
- Collecting and documenting all fees and copayments at time of visit
Qualifications:
- Applicant should have at least a high school diploma
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
