Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing home facility in Tamaqua, PA
You will work alongside other medical professionals to provide food service functions as directed / instructed and in accordance with established food services policies and procedures.
Shifts Available :
Full Time / Part Time- Flexible Hours
Responsibilities :
Obtain and record food and equipment temperatures
Clean departmental equipment using proper sanitation measures
Clean food storage and preperation areas
Assist cooks in preparing meals and trays for resident dining
Retrieve and return tray carts to the nursing units
Using a dishwasher, process all dishware to ensure proper sanitation
Prepare dining room for resident dining experience
Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
Must be over 16 to apply
