Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the performance of nursing personnel, under the medical direction of attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct the performance of nursing personnel in providing patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care being provided and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and staff performance.
Available Shifts
We offer a range of shift options to accommodate different lifestyles:
- Full-Time: 7pm - 7am (Shift Differential up to $3.50)
- Part-Time: 7a-7p, 7pm - 7am
- Per-Diem: Flexible scheduling to meet your needs
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting rate of $40 (DOE) plus Shift Differentials

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in this state
- Supervisory experience in Long Term Care
