BSN with Critical Care experience required. Master’s degree in Nursing or related field; or willing to attain Master’s Degree within three years. Educational and managerial career goals will be considered on an individual basis. Minimum of five years recent clinical experience required. Experience as a Nursing Director or Nurse Manager or nurse leader required. Possesses strong leadership, communication, organizational, planning, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple highly complex departments and high number of FTEs. Achieve clinical, financial, and service goals. Able to analyze data and prepare reports. Computer skills desirable. Demonstrates clinical competency.
