General Description
The purpose of this class within the organization is to complete various custodial duties at County facilities. Works under minimal supervision according to set procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary.
Essential Functions: Cleans and sanitizes restrooms in assigned County buildings. Vacuuming, mopping, buffing and waxing floors; cleans and stocks restrooms with soap and paper products; cleans windows and other glass, polishes furniture; empties trash, cleans shop and employee break areas. Stocks supplies of paper goods, soaps and cleaners and keeps track of the inventory.
Additional Duties: Replaces light bulbs when needed. Performs related work as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High School graduate or GED equivalent and one year of custodial experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Pay: $25,312.25 - $37,968.38 per year
