Established in 1992, Greenwood Industries is a privately held company that’s grown to become one of the Top 10 commercial roofing and building envelope systems contractors in the United States. We are headquartered in Worcester, Massachusetts, with nine locations throughout the Northeast.
Greenwood Industries is looking to hire a CAD Drafter based out of our Worcester, MA headquarters. The CAD Drafter's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following
Job Summary
· Transforming initial roofing project designs into working documents
· Utilizing AutoCAD. Create roofing architectural engineering drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards
· Other job assignments as needed and directed
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
· Associates degree and 2-4 years of experience as a CAD Drafter in a related field
· Familiarity with a variety of standard CAD Design/Drafting concepts, practices, and procedures
· Familiarity with standard office software programs such as Windows Office
· CAD Drafting experience in the construction or commercial roofing industry is preferred
