The Safety Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our projects are conducted in accordance with OSHA regulations and industry best practices. This will involve conducting regular safety inspections, developing and implementing safety protocols, and providing training to employees.
You will also be expected to manage project security contracts, perform record keeping functions, and conduct incident investigations. Additionally, you will need to write detailed injury reports and complete all appropriate company safety program documents.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in PC programs and VMS for bidding on projects and project compliance.
