We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to join our team in Eastern New York. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OSHA regulations and be able to develop and implement effective safety protocols across our projects.
The successful Safety Manager will be responsible for conducting detailed safety inspections, developing employee safety training programs, and managing project security contracts. They will also be expected to perform record keeping functions, conduct incident investigations, and write detailed injury reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in PC programs and VMS for bidding on projects and project compliance.
