Tolleson Self Storage is looking for a Part-Time Facility Manager for their Tolleson, AZ location. We offer competitive salaries and a great work environment. Our managers oversee the daily operations of the storage facilities which include:
*Rental and showing of storage spaces;

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
*Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively interact with all demographics;
*Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and collections;
*Prior self-storage management experience required;
*Maintenance experience and abilities;
*Basic computer, email, Microsoft Office fluency;
Discretionary bonuses are based on annual facility performance.
Valid Driver’s License and Insurance required.
We are offering 3 shifts/ week from 9am-6pm.
There will be regularly scheduled days, but our ideal candidate will have flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed. The facility is closed on Sundays.
This position will require the ability to cover all office and administrative duties on the manager’s off days, as well as do light maintenance and cleaning on the property grounds.
