We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dining Service Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dining services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service in our dining facilities. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate daily dining operations, including meal service, food preparation, scheduling, and staff supervision.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus that meet dietary needs and preferences while maintaining budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety protocols.
- Monitor dining service quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
- Train and mentor dining staff on service techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Develop and implement dining service initiatives that enhance the guest experience and promote a positive atmosphere.

**Qualifications:**
