What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager (Part-Time) position at Greenwood Star LLC?
Greenwood Star is seeking an experienced Property Manager ( Part-Time ) to join our team to assist in daily customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience as an Property Manager in the multi-family industry and is able to manage the demands of a Class A property with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain occupancy rates and limit delinquency rates
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Review financial reports on a weekly basis to monitor progress
- Implement strategies to increase NOI on a consistent basis
- Prepare reports for market comparables within the surrounding area
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Property Manager
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Intermediate to advanced levels of experience with accounting and/or mathematical functions
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Yardi, word-processing, and presentation software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
