Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities with GVS:
- Provide mobile device support to Residents and Employees
- Perform general troubleshooting with computer equipment, printers, phones, etc.
- Help examine work orders and response appropriately
- Shadow the IT Employees on various projects such as routine and preventative maintenance, system engineering, documentation processes, equipment management, etc.
- Assist with exciting networking infrastructure, and computer refresh projects!
- Various other projects as assigned.
Qualifications
What It Takes To Succeed?
- GED or High School Diploma Required
- Enjoy a fast-paced work environment
- Enrolled in or recent graduate of a program from a two or four-year college/university; preferably in Information Technology or a similar degree.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interest in Information Technology.
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Be passionate for providing the best care to the residents we serve.
