Pay starts at $26.00/hour plus experience pay!
Shift: 6:45am-3:15pm, including every other weekend
Weekend differential: $2

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities with GVS:
- Direct supervision and oversight of Independent Living residents.
- Assures proper and timely medication reminders and accurate documentation.
- Answer resident calls for assistance or calls from front desk on behalf of residents.
- Complete TB screenings for all new or prospective residents and employees.
- Coordinate and perform lab draws for residents according to physician orders.
- Assist resident and/or family of resident with requests or recommendations from caregivers.
- Assist with scheduling resident MD/NP appointments

- LPN from accredited or state approved school of nursing required.
- Valid Indiana LPN License
