Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities with GVS:
- Project Management: Works collaboratively with internal and external resources to determine scope of work and deliverables for construction projects. Will define project timelines and ensure resources are available to meet deadlines. Will provide timely updates on the progress of construction projects.
- Budgeting: Works with Plant Operations, Marketing, and Executive Director on determining budget allocations for construction projects. Will provide data to support the construction expenses. Communicates updates on status of projects expenses and if a project is expected to exceed expected expenditures. Strong budgeting, organization and tracking skills required.
- Compliance: Ensures construction projects are within with all relevant federal, state and local building/safety codes. Will ensure proper documentation is obtained for all projects such as permits.
- Relationship Building: Works collaboratively with external vendors to ensure the working relationship with Greenwood Village South is productive and meets standards. Will work with internal partners to ensure clear lines of communication and expectations are met as it relates to projects.
- Sales and Marketing: Works closely with Sales and Marketing team to ensure realistic costs and timelines are communicated to prospective and current residents for construction projects. Will assist the Sales and Marketing team at events or meetings with prospective residents as a resource on the construction process and costs.
- Process/Procedures: Will create and implement internal processes, procedures, and documentation for effective project completion for various types of construction projects. Will update and distribute the information accordingly

- Competency in utiliizing project management technology
- Strong communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred
- 2 years years of relevant work experience.
