- $75,000 to $85,000 per year

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A LEAD INDOOR AIR QUALITY INSPECTOR
You will typically work Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am - 6 pm.
As a Lead Indoor Air Quality Inspector, you'll conduct detailed inspections of built structures, meticulously analyzing indoor air quality degradation, and providing expert recommendations for improvement. Your role will involve writing comprehensive reports with precise estimates, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of the issues at hand. Additionally, you will have the task of communicating your findings to clients and correction teams, playing a pivotal role in creating healthier and safer indoor environments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science degree from a 4-year accredited University
- 3 years of full-time experience with IAQ and construction practices
- Proficiency with field sampling protocols and laboratory analysis
- Ability to interpret lab data obtained from field sampling
- Ability to comply with our smoke-free environment
- Valid driver's license
- Possession of microbial certifications (inspections and remediation)
- Possession of other IAQ-relevant licenses or certifications
- Proficiency in report writing
A master's degree would be a plus but is not required.
