Landscape Maintenance Crew Member

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and an eye for detail, contributing to the upkeep and enhancement of our clients’ landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Plant, prune, and maintain shrubs, trees, and flowers.
- Operate landscaping equipment and machinery, following safety protocols.
- Assist with seasonal planting and landscape design projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and job sites.
- Identify and report pest problems and plant diseases to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in all projects.
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of landscape plants, gardening techniques, and maintenance practices.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable transportation
