About the Role:
GreenWorks Inspections and Engineering is seeking a licensed Mold Assessment Technician (MAT) to conduct mold assessments, collect samples, and document findings for residential and commercial properties. This is a remote role with fieldwork required across Texas.
Responsibilities:- Perform mold inspections and assessments at client locations
- Collect and submit air and surface samples for lab analysis
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports
- Communicate results and recommendations to clients
- Ensure compliance with Texas mold assessment regulations
- Active Texas MAT license
- Experience in mold assessments preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage schedules efficiently
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
