Position Summary
Greenworks is looking to recruit a product manager to lead product development and management of the UTV and E-Transportation categories. This individual will be the product expert representing these vehicle categories from a product management, product development, and road mapping perspective. The selected leader will manage the entire portfolio around the world from consumer grade product offers to commercial grade product solutions. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering and industrial design, in both the US and China, to commercialize market innovative product, accessory, consumables and service solutions. This role will also partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful commercialization of said solutions. This is a highly visible position within the organization leading the efforts to become a market leader within these categories.
Position-Specific Responsibilities :
- Be the leader of the product portfolio for UTV and E-Transportation products and accessories for both Greenworks & Greenworks Commercial brands.
- Head the collaboration of defining and executing on the product roadmap.
- Represent the insights for both consumers and professional end users as a data source for new product development for the category. Widen the understanding of end users by conducting research to obtain relevant market information.
- Lead the work to create assets facilitating the 360-degree consumer journey for UTV and E-Transportation.
- Collaborate with sales for both consumers and professional landscapers to assist in customer presentations and the expansion of the re-selling dealer network.
- Analyze market and competitive landscapes, laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands
- Continuously assess market competition and voice-of-customer by comparing the company's product to competitors' products. Be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Stay aware of emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive solutions and analysis.
