Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are accounted for. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers and clients. The Estimator will play a crucial role in the bidding process and will be instrumental in helping to secure contracts.
Duties
- Perform color take-off from blueprints (full training will be provided)
- Create bid document (Excel template)
- Input specs and details on bid document
- Pull in quantities from color take-off
- Price material
- Work with and negotiate with vendors to get best pricing available
- Communicate with General Contractors about bid questions and customize bids according to their needs.

Schedule
- Normal schedule 7-3 Monday thru Friday
- Flexibility needed – some weeks will be more, some will be less
Pay Rate
- -$15-17 depending on experience
Benefits
- 4 paid holidays a year after 90 days

Any kind of construction industry experience is a plus
