Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Trimmer to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance. As a Trimmer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and health of our clients' gardens and landscapes through various trimming and maintenance tasks.
Duties
- Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and aesthetics of trees and shrubs.
- Mow lawns to ensure even growth and a polished appearance.
- Dig, plant, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and other landscape features.
- Conduct regular landscape maintenance tasks, including weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating mechanical knowledge when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while ensuring high-quality results.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment to promote safety and efficiency in all operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and landscape maintenance practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate various landscaping tools and machinery safely.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors for extended periods.
