Responsibilities
- Support the development, customization, integration, and optimization of digital collaboration tools used across the organization;
- Optimize SharePoint Integration : Improve the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft Teams to streamline collaboration and document management;
- Power Platform Solutions : Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards that improve business processes, streamline data flows, and automate repetitive tasks;
- Customization and Configuration : Customize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint features to meet the specific needs of the organization while maintaining adherence to security and governance policies;
- Training and Knowledge Transfer : Provide training and documentation for end users and internal IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability of the solutions;
- Support and Maintenance : Provide post-implementation support to address issues, provide enhancements, and ensure solutions remain optimized and secure;
- Collaborate with NAVSEA 03, PEO Digital, and Flank Speed to provide feedback as well as ensure CPA is aligned with any changes or updates needed;
- Work closely with CPA staff to document and organize the content;
- Function as a SharePoint and Teams web content manager;
- Label, organize, and code files / content for filtering and tracking purposes;
- Create site calendars, contact list, links, and other related components as needed;Retrieve, organize and / or analyze data to support life-cycle maintenance and modernization efforts from various Government databases;
