Deli Line Cook Responsibility includes:
- Ability to follow recipes/Customer service
- Cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing food.
- Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods.
- Broiling, sautéing, frying, or baking meats, poultry, and fish.
- Preparing sauces, marinades, soups, stocks, and salads.
- Preparing and cooking food in a specific station.
- Cleaning up prep areas.
- Washing dishes & cleaning floors
- Making sure the kitchen is stocked.
- Maintaining a sanitized work environment.
- Follow Health Department Regulations
