You will be working as a LANE PORTER at our Muncie Campus handling work activity our Ford lane!!!

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service.
- Exhibit our core values in all interactions with guests and team members.
- Transport guests to and from destinations
- Arrive at destinations on schedule.
- Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
- Research and plan for traffic, construction, and weather delays
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
- Always interact with guests professionally
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
- Arrange for vehicle repairs as needed.
- Keep mileage records and repair records up to date.
- Act as backup for parts driver as needed.
- Answer phones, take a message, or direct to service advisor.
- Collects night drop envelopes (if applicable)
- Use floor scrubber to clean service lane (if applicable)
- Collect repair orders for pickup to Muncie (if applicable)
- Vacuum hallway rugs (if applicable)
- Assist in parts delivery and pick up (if applicable)
- Make sure service lane is clean of outside debris.
- Any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Service Manager
Job Requirements:
- Have obtained or obtaining High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Maintain a clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently
- Ability to follow processes and take direction
- Must be punctual
- Must be able to lift and move up at least 10 lbs
- Requires being on your feet (on concrete) for up to 8hrs daily
- Must be able to work in a non air-conditioned environment
