Description :
Greg Matthews Studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Designer to add to our team. Someone who is excited to be hands on in the development of multiple unique high-end residential projects from conceptual design all the way through construction. As well as taking direction and working alongside the Lead Architect and Project Managers.
Responsibilities :
Complete tasks given to you in a timely manner to keep the project on track
Problem solve through designs
Prepare designs for presentations with clients
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably in private residential architecture)
Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Bluebeam, and Adobe Applications
Accredited professional degree in Architecture
Ability to work fast passed, be organized, and meet deadlines
Be motivated and self-reliant but also ready to collaborate with others as well as a good attitude towards design changes
Willingness to put in additional time to meet deadlines when required
Communicate effectively and take direction from Lead architect and Project Managers
Ability to problem solve and work through complex problems with your designated team
