Project Architect/ Manager

Description :

Greg Matthews Studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager to add to our team. Someone who is excited to be hands-on and involved in all facets / phases of the project from conception to completion. And in the development of multiple unique high-end residential projects, with the ability to take a conceptual design and develop the assemblies, systems, and details through a collaborative process that results in a highly coordinated set of construction documents. Self-motivated leader with skills to independently work towards project milestones, with the ability to manage supporting team members, consultants, and clients, through the timely development of a project.

Responsibilities :

• Create Revit models / plans based on the Principal Architect’s conceptual design and develop the design through collaborating with supporting staff, consultants, and clients.
• Handle the day to day operations and communications required to keep your projects on their respective timelines and ensure requested information flows seamlessly during construction
• Problem solve designs throughout all phases of the project.
• Manage support staff assigned to your projects
