Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations and staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Supervise and train retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention strategies.
- Maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate transactions and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members to create an engaging shopping environment that promotes customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting as required.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Key Holder or in a similar retail role.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management.
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent retail sales techniques with a focus on customer engagement.
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management.
- Previous experience in grocery store settings is advantageous.
