Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee cash register operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions and cash handling.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and organization of merchandise.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that enhances the customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong skills in cash register operation and financial transactions.
