Duties

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Utilize POS systems effectively to track sales and manage transactions.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain an organized store layout that promotes a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Qualifications
