Lawn Care Laborer / Mower

This Lawn Care Laborer will always have a positive attitude to team members and clients. This Lawn Care Laborer is expected to mow, edging, trimming, aerate, etc. Safety is a top priority and is expected to follow all safety procedures and protocols. This Lawn Care Laborer must be able to operate all lawn care equipment and/or be willing to learn from others. Preferably a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Qualifications/Job Duties:
- No experience necessary, just an attitude to learn.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, positively, and problem solve.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing and able to do all and any tasks that are assigned.
- Use any and all equipment to complete job tasks.
- Come to work with a glass half full mentality to maintain company culture.
- Must show consistent professionalism and good judgement.
- Able to work in all kinds of weather conditions.
- Work efficiently and timely to meet deadlines.
- Must be a team player.

Job Type: Full Time – weekdays, occasional weekends
Pay: Hourly, negotiable based on experience
