Gregg Young Chevrolet is searching for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our TEAM at our Chevrolet dealership in Omaha, Nebraska.

Customer Engagement Specialist Requirements:
- reports to the Customer Experience Coordinator and strategizes their efforts, engagements, and customer interactions
- coordinates efficient scheduling of various customer service appointments via both inbound and outbound calls
- communicates & facilitates the service experience for customers upon arrival to the service drive
- engage with the customer, confirm visit prior to, keep them informed during and after repair to improve CSI
- operate as the focal point being the liaison between the service department and the customer experience
- execute the service write up, vehicle inspection, and repair order generation processes
- sell, negotiate, and close maintenance & repair jobs with customers
- understand the key performance metrics, utilize training to achieve production goals, strive to
- establish working relationships with service advisors & technicians to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
- customer service experience in an automotive setting
- basic understanding in vehicle maintenance and repair
- strong inter-personal and communication skills
- familiarity with dealership operations and service scheduling
- knowledge of various automotive systems preferred but not required
Customer Engagement Specialist Employment Package:
Hours & Compensation
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (no Saturdays)
- up to $20/hour - commensurate with experience
