Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for a Quick Lane Advisor to become a member on our TEAM at our Chevrolet dealership in Omaha, Nebraska.

Quick Lane Advisor Requirements:

• welcome customers into the service drive accurately & efficiently assessing customer concerns
• perform a visual inspection of the vehicle, conduct a walk-around of the vehicle to identify additional areas of concern
• conduct multi-point video inspections
• guide customer through the write up, services, and delivery of the vehicle
• complete the customer interaction, execute necessary documentation
• establish working relationships with our quality, professionally trained service technicians to provide the best service experience and secure future customer retention & referrals
• service managers empower advisors to execute their job responsibilities and the parts dept. works to make the job more efficient, more effective & more rewarding

• responsibilities of the job align with the income earned
• automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
• customer service experience in an automotive setting
• service writing and auto estimating skills
• proficiency in vehicle maintenance and repair
• strong sales and upselling abilities
• familiarity with dealership operations and service management
• knowledge of various automotive systems such as transmissions, brakes, and suspension
• certification in automotive repair or related field

Quick Lane Advisor Employment Package:

• Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm Saturday 7:30am - 3:00pm
• (dedicated day off during the week)
• 40-50 hours per week
• $40,000 - $50,00/year - experience dependent
