Business Development Center Representative

Gregg Young Automotive Group is searching for a Business Development Center Representative to join our TEAMat our Chevrolet, Cadillac, Ford, and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships in Newton, Iowa.

BDC Rep Requirements:

• generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market potential customers
• responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound customer phone calls
• answer emails in a timely, professional, well-written manner
• assist customers with scheduling appointments
• direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
• deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• make notes of all customer interactions in the CRM system
• provide personalized customer service of the highest level and maintain any customer information confidential
• good listening and interpersonal communication skills
• excellent telephone etiquette
• confident, pleasant, and professional phone voice
• ability to navigate through numerous computer windows in an efficient manner while speaking with customers on the phone
• tactfulness when speaking to customers
• confident using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• great time management skills and the ability to work independently
• high school diploma or GED preferred
• no automotive experience is required

BDC Rep Employment Package:

Hours and Compensation

• Monday - Friday and an occasional Saturday
• 40 hours/week
• up to $23/hour - experience dependent
