Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, quality assurance plans, and health and safety plans in collaboration with the construction team.
- Plan and execute building construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
- Source materials and supplies, verifying quantities and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate daily construction activities, providing administrative support as needed.
- Collaborate with employees to ensure employee satisfaction and monitor business results.
- Analyze construction problems and implement immediate solutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify potential delays and communicate them to supervisors.
- Recommend preventive actions to mitigate risks.
- Pursue professional growth through educational workshops, training, and conferences.
- Analyze RFI responses and process change orders.
- Generate construction progress and expense reports for management.
- Establish project budgets and schedules.
- Monitor and control expenses within established budgets.
- Propose cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Complete daily reports on Procore, our project management system.
- Maintain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (training provided if necessary).
