Senior Project Manager - G.C. Exp Only.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction team in developing project plans, including quality assurance and health and safety plans.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of building construction projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Create fully detailed Gantt chart-style schedules using Microsoft Project to track project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Manage procurement of materials, ensuring orders align with project schedules and that quantities are accurate.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct construction activities on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Provide strategic administrative support to project teams as needed.
• Foster collaboration among project teams and promote employee satisfaction throughout all construction phases.
• Proactively identify construction issues and implement timely resolutions.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Track construction progress, identifying potential delays and communicating them to stakeholders.
• Recognize key milestones and challenges, recommending preventive and corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Attend industry workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance professional development.
• Review RFI (Request for Information) responses, process change orders, and ensure timely documentation.
• Prepare construction progress reports and expense analyses for management review.
• Establish and maintain budgets and schedules for construction projects, ensuring effective financial control.
• Monitor and control project expenses, identifying opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Complete daily reports using Procore, our project management system, to document progress and issues.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required (company-provided training available if necessary).

Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
