Salary : $24.00 - $39.90 per hour based on experience.
Schedule : Full Time (Nights and Weekends Required)

Position Overview : Gregor Industries is seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-end and custom construction projects across the NY and NJ area, with the chance to lead a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all phases of carpentry, including custom builds, renovations, and managing job site operations.
What You'll Do :
Read and understand architectural drawings, schematics, and planning documents to ensure proper execution on large build and renovation projects.Review blueprints, estimate materials, and develop work schedules for efficient project flow.Collaborate with the build team to coordinate work across trades, ensuring smooth integration and timely completion.Provide guidance to carpenters, apprentices, and laborers; assist in resolving design or execution issues with the Field Manager and / or Project Management.Manage small projects independently from start to finish, ensuring client satisfaction and timely completion.Enforce safety protocols on-site and ensure workers adhere to safety regulations.Inspect work progress to ensure it meets standards and quality expectations.Gather and inspect materials and equipment to ensure they comply with building codes.Maintain accurate records, including operations, accident reports, and time sheets.Maintain tools, machinery, and equipment in good working order.Perform carpentry duties such as building additions, installing floors, and repairing doors and windows.What You’ll Need :
Proven experience as a lead carpenter in custom and high-end construction.Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and oversee the work of others.Personal accountability and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and team members.Must supply personal tools and reliable transportation.Willingness to travel to various job sites across NY and NJ, including all 5 boroughs.Extensive understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction.Licenses / Certifications Required :
Valid Driver's LicenseOSHA 30 CertificationDOB CertificationSST 62 Certification
Salary : $24 - $40
